Your treatment file
To provide good care, your practitioner is legally required (WGBO) to maintain a file. Your file contains:

A limited portion of your data (name, address, date of birth, e-mail) may be shared with an authorised person for financial administration purposes.
Retention period
Your file is retained for 15 years after the last treatment, in accordance with the statutory retention period under the WGBO. After this period, your data will be securely destroyed.
Data via the website
Personal data may be provided via the contact form and the introductory form on the website (name, e-mail address, telephone number). These are used solely to respond to your enquiry and are never shared with third parties without your consent.
